Install the agent

Installing MSPManage Agent...
Registering with console.mspmanage.cloud
Agent will appear as Pending Approval in the MSPManage console

Find your tenant's enrollment token in Console → Agents.

How it works

The agent and connected discovery sources feed a normalisation and reconciliation pipeline that flags exceptions automatically.

Missing from Registry
Found running in Proxmox or VMware, with no matching record in Snipe-IT.
Missing from Source
Registered in Snipe-IT but unseen by any hypervisor or agent for over 14 days.
Field Drift
A matched record exists in both places, but attributes like IP address disagree.
Duplicate
Multiple records in the same source share the same hostname.
